It was only less than a year ago that I remember avoiding my motion graphics assignments, attempted to create cheesy Facebook covers using photoshop, that I had decided that my role in the media industry was more of a face to face role and I DID NOT want to be anywhere near any of the technical stuff because it wasnt my thing. AND NOW the majority of my work is based around digital media, editing, animation, motion graphics, design, game design and creation and website design. Ive been asked by a lot of people lately how I got into what I do and how they can become more skilled in this area also and my answer is simply to APPLY YOURSELF. =) Figure out your motivation, put in the time and energy to watching Youtube tutorials (no matter how boring they are -_- LOL) and keep practicing! Im no where near as talented as some of the people I have studied and worked with and if someone like me who was completely unco at all of this sort of stuff a little while ago can learn then you can definitely too! =)
