Its a miracle ... we have one head of cauliflower and one eggplant! I had given up that either plant would produce anything edible. Maybe more will come, but its nice to know that they will/can grow here. We also have beans after multiple attempts and plantings. Last year we had so many they over ran the garden .. this year, not so much. And, for the first time, we have full size green peppers. The only items we dont have yet are corn and melons, but they are well on their way! We also have some funky (wild and not for sale) mushrooms that would make a nice smurf village, and some wild blackberries that are just calling me to be made into wine.
