Its simple: human activity has negligible effect on the earths environment. Does this mean we pollute the atmosphere as much as we want? No, but neither does it mean we tamper with energy production such that it has a negative impact on economic engines we depend on for our livelihoods. Nor does it mean we need to continue practicing cronyism and pump billions of tax dollars into fraudulent green energy companies that go belly up as soon as Obamas buddies get their piece of the pie. Sensible conservation is only possible when free from the panic induced by phony, politicized hyperbole regurgitated by the left.
