Ive been reviewing fight footage today and came across this gem of Kru Chasons first fight. Talk about conditioning, out working your opponent and firing back at least twice as much as they fire at you! This was a very even matchup in many ways but Kru Chase had the better cardio due to his dedication to hard CPAMMA pad rounds! Remember, your fight training is 1/3 drilling, 1/3 pads and 1/3 sparring! If you are missing one of the three you are not going to be ready to fight! I suspect his opponent had A LOT of sparring and very little drilling or pads.
