JOB VACANCY: 4th June 2013 VACANT POSITION: Sales Executives Jobs in Kenya (KShs 50K - 60K) Our client is introducing a new Product - GPS Tracking devices - to be sold to fleet owners, car spares and accessories retailers and is looking for pro active individuals to spearhead the sales operations Primary responsibilities will be to: Introduce our products to the retailers, Take orders Make deliveries. Collect payments etc, Make sales, Appropriate reporting Installation Servicing etc Responsibilities listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; responding to incoming email and phone enquiries; acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales; gathering market and customer information; negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers; challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy; advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions; liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders; checking quantities of goods on display and in stock; recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering into a computer system; reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations; feeding future buying trends back to employers; attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues. Qualifications Degree/Diploma in business /IT related courses. Basic knowledge of computer and internet-mostly related to automotive electronics. At least 1-2 years’ experience in GPS tracking or related sales. Will be based out of Athi River, for local sales. Should have knowledge of GPS tracking if possible or else in the sales of automotive parts, accessories or spares. The candidates can be local or even of indian origin, but must have good knowledge of english, and should be college graduate as a minimum. And must have drivers licence, and if have two wheeler/motor bike licence its an advantage.
