July 4-Ran alot of 10-100s-4:52 A.M-5:52 A.M- Early-most 75 percent--Little Jumps and tires later-Bike-Ball drills-No Sled-100 percent long sprints-No track workout or routes today--Trying to help this gastric muscle heal up-Ladder-Jump rope tomorrow-But hold off on the big box Jumps-Have to hold off on route running till next week-Just another day to me,but to other people its July 4 Holiday--Rest and Ice later-All June videos say everything(7-13-18-20-25-27)Especially today-Alot to take in,watch them if u can-Watch this one-People who call themselves friends and leave when it gets rough,break what they say-and treat you different when times are rough-Then when there good,show up again?!-If some people dont want to be there for people you care about when times get rough then go check what you say and dont be shocked when others call you out it-Routes Next week-HANGING TOUGH-STAYING HUNGRY-Guide me to 100 ➕⛪-Upset still being in Canton⚓-especially with all the work I put in-Bottom line,I just hope for some luck and some good news throughout the month of July-Most of the end of this status you heard already-but I have no respect for people who change there attitude on someone when things go bad and show up when they are great-Im the same person regardless,so old friends that drop off I have no idea what to tell you or anything,If someone went thru down times in there life and get back up;regardless if the down times on them were wrong to be out on them and never to this day understand why they were-believe me,I would tag almost everyone with this or call people out,But I dont do that thru here-I would rather be respected then liked in most cases-Fake people who smile to you then say another thing when they see you I cant stand-So take it personal or dont if I act like I do if I ever cross people like that in my life-It is what it is-But did good so far today ,stronger,faster,and believe me;with how hungry I am ;I am starving,not talking about food-Show up,hard work speak for itself-Chin always up and still helping those who struggle;because I was there and still am in some ways;not as bad as before ,but I know it and the feeling -Most Arena Leagues are done except for AFL-Staying on grind-Already almost July-If there are friends who come out of nowhere when things happen again when they did in 2012 with one of the stories on me in a positive way then you can just kick bricks-Those who are close friends and at least good acquaintances I know who you are,I dont forget-Making strides for sure-Fighting-My foot feels great and hope to get some luck-Ill be ok -I mean EVERYTHING I said -Any DB-ANY corner-I am in canton as of right now-Get in contact with me and ill set up training session with You and QB so you can try and cover -Hard work pay off-Upset yesterday in my video-But I AM coming-People can laugh while they can,because those NFL-AFL-CFL dbs have not seen drive like this-Be lucky if I dont get that shot-No more hard talk thru this-actions speak louder than words so I will not harp on it and work day by day to let hard work pay off and route running,better form and confidence speak for all that/But I am,and will give it all-Sean Malafronte WR-Making strides-Will get back to track workouts next week-did well today⚓-Get Faster at that and maintain quickness-Ill know next week how good I am coming in and out of breaks -The sprints,routes,summer workouts,jug machines,Walsh,Ohio,Fl,Ny,wherever.Any help I can get for not just NFL workout or CFL,but coaches in right league and team!,I AM NOT only one who struggles.I WILL make it-with the chance and fight for that chance and doing something about it -HANGING TOUGH-STAYING HUNGRY➕⛪
