Just because you cant prove something wrong presently, that doesnt necessarily make it true. This is called an argument from ignorance. Its true that we cant currently prove that God doesnt exist; however, it is also true that we cant prove that the Flying Spaghetti Monster, Allah, Zeus, or other Gods dont exist. The burden of proof rests upon the person who advocates the existence of something. Atheists dont believe in God(s) because there isnt enough evidence to support the belief that a God or Gods exist. What this man doesnt seem to understand is that all social animals have their own sense of morality. From an evolutionary standpoint, it makes sense that humans (and social animals in general) are against killing members of their own kind, except in cases of self-defense/self-preservation. Social creatures could not exist harmoniously if they went around killing other members of their community without reason. If you were to kill others in your community, your community would begin to lose trust in you, and cast you out of their social group. A sense of community in the early stages of mankind was key to survival, so it was best to stay in everyones good graces. This hasnt changed. Humans typically do not thrive very well in extended periods of solitude; this is a proven psychological fact for our species as a whole. Some humans live just fine on their own, but the percentage of those who can do not make up the vast majority of our population. Its harder for someone to survive on their own, than if they were to live among others. As social creatures, we want to be around others.
