Just off the phone with #Sky, cancelled my package with them 5 months ago but discovered last month that they have continued charging me through a letter on the post, 2 weeks ago when I called they agreed to reimburse the lot, chased today for payment and was told they are only giving me a month back as despite not using the package I should have checked earlier and they deserve to keep 4 months of charges for my lack of vigilance - advice welcome here surely I should trust a confirmed contract termination restricts them from accessing my funds despite my lack of internet banking savviness and care? Is the onus really on me when they have admitted an error their end?
