KPFK News AUDIO: The LA County Board of Supervisors is taking a stand against child trafficking. It approved a two-year, $200,000 grant for CAST, the Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking. LA County Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas proposed the grant to be piloted in L.A County’s second district, one of the largest documented concentrations of child trafficking in Southern California. KPFK’s Agnes Radomski has the story.
