Karli, 9, Alexa, 8, putting in work at the gym. This question - TopicsExpress

Karli, 9, Alexa, 8, putting in work at the gym. This question comes up a lot; should kids train? The answer: ABSOLUTELY! Teaching kids the proper way to pick something up, or how to keep their core right lifting something over head, or just learning how to control their body will benefit them in everyday life. Training helps them know their body, helps them to learn to control their breathing, and it gives them motivation to be better. I do not force neither of these girls to be here. They want to train, and they come each day without a complaint; they show up (ON TIME) ready to work! In a day and age where childhood obesity is at its highest; it blows my mind that people can question childhood training. Get your children active! Get your children to put down the video games and pick up a ball. They may hate you for it now, but I guarantee you they will love you for it later!
