Kristi Stutts I started my weight loss in 2012. I lost 53 lbs. on my own, exercising and counting calories. In December of 2013, my home flooded causing us to live in a hotel for 3 and 1/2 months, in which I had put back on 20 lbs. of the 53 I had lost. Once I was in a permanent home and had a kitchen, I joined the weight loss program. I lost 35 lbs. in 12 weeks! Since finishing the program in May, I have continued to diet and exercise losing an additional 18 lbs. I have lost a total of 84 lbs. since 2012. I have so much more energy now! Through the program, I have learned a lot about different foods to eat and even expanded the foods that I do like. The picture below (left) was from February 14, 2014 before starting the weight loss clinic.
