Last evening, it was interesting to watch Sagarika Gosh of CNN IBN questioning journalists about paid media and AK threatening paid media journalists to put in jail if found guilty. Interestingly, the majority of the journalists admitted the fact of media being biased at the instruction of some political parties or the other. Politicisation and corruption in media was accepted by most of them. It is sad that in a democracy, the print and electronic media are being purchased by big political parties and are instructed to manufacture news according to their choice. Well, when AK charged media of this, they abused him and now the media persons themselves admit this.
