Last night, on Go Vegan Radio with Bob Linden, I talked about the relationship between welfare reform and happy exploitation given that many animal advocates claim that they support welfare reform but do not support happy exploitation. I explained that if one supports welfare reform, one necessarily supports happy exploitation. That is, if you support a campaign to supposedly improve some abuse, you *necessarily* take the position that to enact the reform is to make the animal product more humanely produced.
