Last night was a big night for our fighters in Hamilton, we stepped up against a renowned club and took on 3 of their top fighters, one who had recently come back from the Muay Thai world champs. We knew from the start this was going to be a very hard night at the office. For Dynamic Martial Arts this event saw the first step in the new direction of K1 however to learn how to beat the best you have to fight the best. Last night wasnt our night, 3 losses but with lots of positives coming out. Also our BBJ guys took their skills out onto the mats at NZ Grappler. Great news from here, Ken took gold, Noel our coach took Silver. Altus and Phillip got through to round 3. This is an amazing result from a really new group of BBJ practitioners. The one thing that stood out yesterday was the support that our club has not only from our own members but also from our friends in other clubs. What we have shown to the world is that Dynamic Martial Arts does not shy away from big challenges, defeat will only make us stronger and when knocked down we get straight back up again. World champions are made blood and fire, not cotton wool. Dave Extremely proud head instructor
