Let me show you the steps we take to go from a prospective client towards a finished product. We first take your inquiry and come to your residence or meet in a neutral location to check out your car and see where you want the work done. We sit done, take notes, and get the plans written out. We go back and figure out a competitive quote for the parts and labor. We give you call or meet in person, or send a text or email (whichever you prefer). If you accept, we set up a time and date for when our Master Technician is available and you are likewise and get the work done on that date. We can do the work at your own residence for a small fee or at our residence for no fee. We do ask to have half of the money up-front and the other half when the job is finished and we do have you sign a contract before the service is performed so both of us are protected. In the end, we are left with a future customer and you have your vision made real.
