Love having the neighbor who takes full advtge of state of kansas.. draw disability for back problems.,food card, free medicaid, has the sharpest yard in prescott. Drives a motorcycle , rides a bicycle, does daily maintance on yard. Bonus drug deals as side profit...heres the catch .. they cant stand the racecar. Does it interrupt their nap time?! Distract there daily routine?! Not sure ... But it bothers them after 13 yrs. Too bad prescott doesnt have a noise ordinance, let alone patrols for neighborhood dealer
