Low Crab Walks. I was introduced to this exercise by my coach @thestevepayne. This is a good glute blaster and it also targets the quads and hamstrings. I like to stay low to really target my glutes. You can progress this exercise even further by using a resistance band around your ankles. If you are unable to squat as low as I can, thats ok. Squat as low as you can and you will still reap the benefits of this exercise. Do 4 sets of 20 reps to the left and another 20 to the right. Feel the burn! .
