MVP 10u pitcher demonstrating proper 9:00 or T drill. Instead of the tired Old K drill where the arm wraps around the head and the form looks sloppy, challenge your pitchers to do drills that actually look like the pitch. At foot touch your arm should be somewhere between 9:00-11:00. Kenzie starts at 9:00 and has a small negative move to 11:00, or you can start at 9:00 and pull straight down to release. Kenzie has great body control, firm front side, great posture, loose arm, great release point and natural follow through (not the forced elbow up). The pole is there to prevent her arm from getting too far away from her body at release.
