MY RANT FOR THE WEEK: If you are in an industry where tons of people do the same thing as you, dont be angry when someone might be better than you at your own profession. Instead, step back and realize you have room to grow. Dont make others your enemy. Make them a commrad. Collaborate with your competition and learn something new or refine your skills. Bashing the other person and talking crap about them gets nobody anywhere. You arent at the top of the food chain and always have room to learn. There is plenty of business for everyone. If you hear that someone is doing something better than you put your pride aside and ask for help or mentorship. This is a reoccurring theme in the beauty industry and it makes me nauseous.
