Man, Im deep in thought this morning. I done put my mama through so much shit. I used to be in & out of lock up. But she always did her best to help keep me out. It was hell, huggin on my mama from a jail cell, but there were no hugs, not behind glass & video screens. There were only tears as potential prison terms were in the air. 15 years without my father around, so she was my Pops at times too. No love from my daddy, cuz the coward wasnt there! I may have learned some bad things in the streets, Ive done bad things too, but she never gave up trying to show me I could still do good. Cuz when I was low you was there for me and never left me alone cuz ya cared for me! When it seems that Im hopeless, you say the words that can get me back in focus! Theres no way I could pay ya back, but the plan is to show ya that I understand. You ARE appreciated! Love ya Mama.
