Mat. 18:21-35, tells the story of the unfogiving debtor which Jesus Christ illustrated to tell us how many times we shld 4give the people who sin against or offend us. using the above illustration, we realize that the lord almighty forgives us because he feels pity for us & Ps 13:4 say God forgives us that we might learn to fear him. Jesus said we must forgive those who offend us seventy times seven times. Jhn 20:23 says, if you forgive anyone who sins, they are forgiven but if you refuse to forgive them, they are unforgiven. Mark 11:25 also says, but when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding grudge against so your father in heaven will forgive your sins too. from the above, we realize that, as long as we hold on to the offenses of people against us, the more we appear unpure before God & most importantly prevent Him from cleansing us of our sins & granting our heart desires. i dont know who may have offended you in anyway which you are still holding on to. whatever it is, please try your best to stop holding on to those offences by forgiving the people who offended you so that the Lord Almighty can manifest those Blessings you are earnestly looking foward to in your life from Him. i dont think the offences of those people are more important than the everlasting Blessings of God. Just let them go ok. Have a blessed week!
