Maureen Kacmarcik, 86 years of age, formerly of Fullerton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday afternoon, February 13, 2013, in Gracedale, Upper Nazareth Twp. Born in Georgetown, British Guyana to the late Marius and Eileen (Comach) Fernandes, she was the wife of John G. Kacmarcik who passed away in 1985. Maureen was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, Whitehall. She was a longtime clerk at the former Two Guys from Harrison in Whitehall. Survivors: Daughter Mary Anne Maley and her husband, Paul, of Whitehall, along with their sons Kyle, Ryan and Bryce; son, John Kacmarcik, Jr., of Allentown; sisters, Patricia Weger, of West Chester and Margaret Elliott, of Canada; sister-in-law, Annabelle Fernandes, of Texas; predeceased by daughter, Deborah Kacmarcik in 1997; along with siblings, Sheila and Leslie Fernandes. Services: Graveside services officiated by Rev. Fr. Edward J. Essig will be 1 p.m. Saturday February 16, 2013 in Section 9 of Resurrection Cemetery, 547 N. Krocks Rd., Allentown PA 18106.
