Message from ASTEC to include Game Sched from 09 Nov through the FINALS Attn: All Participating Teams Please find attached our final Game Schedules from week #6 up to the last day of the tournament on 6th December 2013. You will please note that the schedule has already been extended from 29th November to 6th December 2013 and this means that full extra court rental fees will be charged to Astec as per agreement. Therefore, we enjoin all teams to STRICTLY ADHERE to the last game schedules for the elimination matches, as there is no way to further extend the games. As we are in the final stretch, It will be extremely difficult to change dates within the last week and we hope that teams affected with players having double/triple entries will arrange their schedules accordingly. All knock-out matches, starting from the Round of 16 of Category “C” up to the Finals have been scheduled at Al Bilad Hotel tennis courts, so that all teams get to play at Al Bilad tennis courts where the surface is better. Meantime, we urge the teams who have not settled their Entry Fees to do so within the coming week, as there is a very urgent need to pay Al Bilad court rental fees in advance.
