Mitch van Biljon 12:20pm May 18 INCOME TAX IS A FRAUD AND THEFT OF YOUR PROPERTY!!! The 16th Amendment as defined and as we interpret it is VERY, VERY different. You must understand the definition of the word income. IT is NOT salaries and wages but GAIN from business pursuits. Further you must understand natural rights to understand GAIN. The founders never intended to tax you simply for living and therefore your income cannot be taxed unless 2 requirements are met. 1: The tax on your labor MUST be apportioned and that is NOT the purpose of the 16th Amendment. (go to conservo.org and subscribe to see the full details and so much more) as the 16th Amendment ONLY touches excise taxes which is a uniform tax. 2: Taxes must only be utilized for the enumerated powers of Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution. If anyone tells me the general welfare clause means the feds can spend on whatever it is they like I will personally have to slap you silly General welfare as per the FOUNDING FATHERS was that which benefited every American not group of people or individuals. If you believe otherwise then you must believe there is no need for a Constitutional Republic.
