Monster Gym The squats today and last session were not heavy. If I dont feel them I reduce my weight volume so less stabilizers are involved and I can rep them out until my legs respond. I leave the rack when Im done not when Im tired. Remember weight volume is accumulative and I performed multiple sets of Body Squats and Leg extensions prior to Squatting, pre-fatiguing my quads allowing me to reduce the amount of weight I need to squat but still recruiting a large amount of muscle fiber to perform the exercise as if the load was heavier.
