More on the vacation from hell. So the car rental guy doesnt care that we have no way to get to our hotel and the airport closes, yes closes at midnight. Thank god there was a very very nice young man at the Alamo counter that told us to call Expedia and have the money transferred to them from Budget. They couldnt do it because we didnt have the original card. The Alamo place closes at 11 but he stays to try and get us a car. I called Budget to try and get something done and the customer service number I have sends me right back to the asshole at the counter. We did get a refund for the first car but I have to call the bank and let them know its coming and to make sure it gets into our account. We finally got a car about 11:30. Now off to the hotel and another adventure.
