Morning everyone! Just a quick update, as you are aware we are experiencing a little bit if a heat wave at the moment. We do insulate our boxes to a certain extent and everything that is required urgently will be leaving us as normal, please do keep an eye on your emails or our page for a notification of despatch to ensure you are in to receive, any items melted after a SECOND delivery attempt with not be insurable as per our terms and conditions. Any orders that have been booked in for upcoming events will be held until a more suitable day, but rest assured we do keep an eye on dates of events, if you have any concerns please do contact us for an update. Lastly just last week we had an incident of a courier delivery where they actually contacted the depot to deliver to a safe place at their home, a porch!!!!! As you can imagine in this scorching heat, this was not a safe place but a greenhouse and no place for chocolate, actions like this are also non insurable. We take every care to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition so please be on the look out for your parcel so it arrives safely. Thank you x
