It is too much on the part of Akhilesh to question the fundamentals of DOPT ,UPSC and the civil service in the country.Politicians come and go but the backbone of governance is the civil service and it exposes an undesirable lack of willingness to accept the tiers in the government machinery as a leader.The credibility in democratic set up would be eroded with this kind of approach.If akhilesh secures even 20% marks in civil service prelim, I would agree he is right in questioning the efficiency of Durga as SDM !!! Otherwise kick his ass..........
