Murder. Plain and simple. This obviously disturbed man posed no imminent threat to the police. Shoot a man many times and then yell at him to raise his hands? Move and cuff an unresponsive, possibly dead man, rather than administering first aid? Why do we hire, train and pay police very well to act so stupidly. Unprofessional doesnt even begin to describe this conduct. Yet the police believe this video is exculpatory.
