Museveni is probably committing a genocide if indeed he has sent his troop to fight rebels in South Sudan alongside the loyal army of President Salva Kiir. The international military should just be in South Sudan to provide humanitarian support but not to take side. Uganda for example is not a military powerhouse in East Africa and as such Museveni should be the least person to issue threats to the rebels in South Sudan. The Government of Kenya should take charge and lead in front in reconciling the two warring groups. All the countries of East Africa should be led by democracy, Uganda and South Sudan are not exceptional. Democracy and the rule of law must reign in the said two nations who are now united to maintain the status quo.
