Museveni said, I own the money in Uganda. President Museveni has told Ugandans not to vote for the Opposition, saying it is he who controls the money that they need to have Social Services. This video is a true symbol showing the sorry state of Hospitals (social services) in Uganda for the last 29 years of Musevenis authoritarian rule. Like he said, I own the money in Uganda. Ugandans must forcefully accept him (Museveni) as their Hitler or be prepared to continue dying like flies without help.
