My family and I were at the Asokoro General Hospital, Abuja this afternoon to visit the victims of the recent Abuja bomb blast. What we saw there depicts the extent of mans inhumanity to man. While some of them were thankful to God for sparing their lives, some of them were in serious pains and in between life and death, all because some people decided that the only way they will have joy is by causing harm to their fellow beings! I could not help shedding tears when I saw the excruciating pains some of the victims were going through. I want to encourage all to make out time to visit these victims and pray with them. They indeed need our support and prayers. This is one of the teachings of Christ when he implored us to mourn with those who are mourning and to rejoice with those who are rejoicing. I want to also encourage people to visit and donate even if a carton of pure water to these unfortunate victims. I hate it when people think you must have enough to be able to donate something to the sick and the needy. When will it ever be enough?. Gods purpose for giving you even the little you have is to see how faithful you will be with it in terms of blessing others. Our increase comes from our faithfulness with the small things he has given us. The big things comes when God is convinced that we have been faithful with the little he has laid in our hands. Please make out time to visit and donate something to the sick and needy. That is the secret of the increase you have been praying to God for. Dont look for what is in your Shokoto in Sokoto. Increase comes that easy and this is the secret. Happy Easter friends.
