My political commentary of the day: I was really hoping for a default on the debt ceiling. I wish the House GOP wouldve just let it go. This country needs a gut check and its citizens need to learn that you dont need government to the extent that they tell you that you do. So all this hold out for nothing. We still have a national healthcare system designed to get you to ask for more government to fix the problems government is INTENTIONALLY creating. Obama care will never be defunded. This is Obamas legacy and he was happy to spend money to shut down parks and memorials he said we didnt have the money to keep open. He probably wouldve been glad to not service the interest on our debt even though there is enough tax revenue every month to pay for it. Im hoping to hold out long enough to get to the point that maybe in 8 years or so I can leave the country. New Zealand sounds nice. Ive a friend from there. Its just going to be trying to get through their strict immigration standards (we could take a page out of their book on that).
