***** NOTICE TO ALL ON BASE TELEPHONE CUSTOMERS ***** Due to CNO overtime guidance, the Base Communications Offices at Yokosuka, Sasebo & Atsugi will shut down billing operations on the first workday of each month to support systems backup during normal working hours. System down time will be from 1200 to 1645 on 03 Nov, 01 Dec 2014 and 05 Jan, 02 Feb, 02 Mar 2015.
