NSU will Host Statewide Robotics Competition for High School Students Tomorrow (NSU NEWSROOM--Jan. 24, 2014)--Norfolk State University will host more than 500 high school students who are expected to participate in a statewide robotics competition on Saturday, Jan. 25, at Joseph G. Echols Hall. The quarterfinals for the First Tech Challenge, a competition where teens build, program and design robots to complete assigned tasks, will be held Jan. 25 at the University. The international program has more than 300,000 participants and is a way to introduce young people to the science, technology and engineering fields.
