Requirements: - To manage & develop manpower on every month of distribution process duration. - To manage & develop in targeted area, quantity of local business magazine separation. - To manage & develop target area prospects. - To assign manpower to deliver local business magazine efficiently at assigned areas. - Source for new business and attend to existing customers at assigned areas. - Collect, compile and analyze data gathered by distribution team agents. - Report activities and generate feedback when required. - To prepare and submit monthly departmental Performance Forecast to Management for review. - To assist in H.O.D in all related matters. ========================================================================= - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree at any field, or equivalent. - At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Channel distribution, development and management skills are an added advantage. - Computer literate and good reporting skill is required. - Literate at both English/ Bahasa Malaysia writing and verbal communication. - Able to travel within Negeri Sembilan / Outstation if required. - Committed & dedicated to work. - Excellent time management, territory management, and presentation skills. - Full Time position(s) available.
