Nana Addo has always been a firm believer in our ability to manage ourselves n eloquently espoused that on bbc today on democracy in Africa. He puts it succinctly the only people who can develop Africa is us We have more than enough resources both human n natural to develop Africa into a 1st world nation. What is lacking in Africa is competent leadership, we ve churned out demigods, demagogues, semigods n dictators. In recent times we are churning out bandits, looters, scoundrels and very corrupt n inept leaders. Greedy, self seeking and inconsiderate leaders. Ghana is very much suffering same, our nation has become hopeless because of bad leadership. But who do u blame, the people who take 5gh cedis n rice to vote or those greedy power seekers who take the money to them? Being close to Akufo-Addo, what i know about him is that hes a disciplined leader n very passionate. Nana Addo would have been a far better president and ghana wouldnt have been suffering this much. This is a land of plenty, why should we suffer?
