Provides excellent customer service via telephone, email, and in person. Minimum Requirements: Ability to read and interpret data in order to process and maintain paperwork and files. Demonstrates customer service skills in a busy Human Resources office or similar customer service-oriented environment. Sound judgment in the resolution of various employee and customer concerns and inquiries. Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using a multi-line telephone or switchboard. Adaptable to various clerical routines requiring speed, accuracy, and flexibility.
