The new resource will have the mission of guarantee the optimal expression of the Professional Products Division brands into the clients sales points: through the creation and the maintenance of residential structures; the possibility of giving a creative contribution, developing a network with brands, both national and international, and external suppliers with the aim of drive the client experience into the beauty salon with ad hoc paths. Key responsibilities: understanding of the needs and behaviours of the client: social, cultural, psychological, ergonomical aspects that may condition ways of use of the sales points spaces. elaboration of innovative design solutions, coherent with different ways of environment fruition by the client, interacting with international merchandising and with the local direction of the brands, respecting layouts, budget and timing. understand the relation between the internal spaces design (lights, sounds, materials and general perspective) and the dimension of the services that are erogate into these spaces; production, preparation and maintenance of the structures through briefs and external suppliers intervention, with the chance of approving design for the ad hoc renovation, following the brand imaging and paying attention to budget and timing. Key competencies: innovation and creativity predisposition; efficacy in team working; optimal complexity management.
