New exercise split: Monday Back Squats Glute Ham Raises Tuesday Core Strongman Exercise of choice Wednesday Bench Press Weighted Pullups Thursday Same as Tuesday Friday Front Squat (optional) Deadlift Saturday off Sunday (sometimes saturday and optional day) Military Press or Incline Press Cheat Curls Optional meaning if my body feels good for it and time is on my side. Everything else I am going to do. Set and rep scheme I will do later. Mobility work and possible extra sessions will be included
