No food! No survival!! Who is saying that food science and technology is all about cooking, oya listen let me tell u. Food science nd technology is all production, processing and preservation of food. We employ accountants, microbiologists, biochemists, mechanical engineers, agric engineers, computer engineers etc. We produce d beverages u drink every morning including coffee, cereal drinks like cerelac, quaker oats, golden morn etc, semovita, powdered nd liquid milk, breweries like wine, beer, malts, minerals etc, yoghurts nd icecreams, bakeries, fruit juices like 5alive, caprisonne, pineapple drinks etc, indomie, macaroni nd spaghetti and many others. Am proud to be a food scientist! Thank God am a food scientist!!
