Now, I understand that objects exist conventionally, but not - TopicsExpress

Now, I understand that objects exist conventionally, but not inherently from their own side. I know that they appear to exist by virtue of their causes and by the minds tendency to descriminate between objects by virtue of the imagined relationships between the parts which comprise them. However, this is an intellectial understanding. How can I acheive an experiential awareness of emptiness whilst going about my day-to-day life? Can it only be evoked during meditation? Understanding emptiness intellectually is one thing, but experiencing it is quite another. Is the experience of seeing the world via conventional truth mutually exclusive to experiencing it via ultimate truth?
