OMG I JUST SCREAMED AT Verizon at the top of my lungs....my blood pressure is probably thru the roof..my moms phones went out yesterday..they said they would be out..well they did come out and never told her just did some outdoor work which made her phone worse....so I have a scary set of steps to my place and she is not allowed to climb them unless I come down and walk up behind her and come back down in front of her..she climbed them alone this morning because she was in a tizzy about her phone ..I called and kept getting recordings and directed to call other numbers until I lost it..a half hour of this until I got a human and she directed me to another human who said tuesday is the soonest they will be there..my mother is now in a bigger tizzy to go all weekend without her phone and I think I am having a heart attack lol
