OMG What the Hell is going on!!! - A Canadian man received an 18 month prison sentence after being found guilty for sëxually assaulting his girlfriend. Since the sentencing in 2011, he has been appealing the lower court’s decision. However, recently the Canadian Supreme Court concluded that the man’s actions of piercing cοndoms with a pin before engaging in sëxual intercourse with his girlfriend did indeed rise to the level of a sëxual assault. Apparently, the man tampered with the cοndoms because he believed his relationship with the girlfriend would end. Clearly this guy took the saying “desperate times calls for desperate measures” too literally. Certainly, as you could imagine, the girlfriend got pregnant and decided to get an abοrtion. Unfortunately, the girlfriend’s abοrtion procedure resulted in an infection requiring the treatment of antibiotics. After reaching their decision to uphold the guilty conviction, the Canadian Supreme Court specifically noted that the man “deprived the woman of her ability to consent to sëx.” Also, “the accused’s cοndom sabotage constituted fraud…the result that no consent was obtained.”
