He has skillfully kept us out of unnecessary wars, while diplomatically working the back rooms to see real progress in Syria - where WMDs have been eliminated. In IRan, nuclear talks are progressing to eliminating Irans nuclear capabilities, Iraq is a mess, but that is likely until either the country splits into its sectarian parts, or the government decides to treat all of its ethnic groups fairly and equally. Gay rights have progressed rapidly under his tenure, with nearly half the states now recognizing gay marriage, and government contractors are now require dto not discriminate against gay employees. Also , all government contractors are now required to pay their employees $10.10 an hour. The world is a volatile place,and volatility is likely to continue for some time, but he is handling it skillfully. Why don;t more Americans see that he has done a wonderful job, with Congress working against him every step of the way? Vote Democratic in 2014, and give the guy a break!
