You will be dealing with local staff and global clients so English language skills would be necessary, this is an expanding company going strength to strength. Your duties as Personal Assistant will include: · International travel arrangements - complex itineraries · Diary management · Organising internal meetings and conference room booking including catering · Detailed minute taking · Prepare meeting packs for team · Ad hoc personal duties · Managing stationery and general office supplies levels · Maintenance of filling systems · Typing of correspondence . Communicating with Awakening artists and set there schedule . Communicating with promoters and following up with them. · Recognising and providing any ad hoc duties required The successful candidate will have: · Strong administrative and IT skills with Microsoft Office Suite .
