Ok I am seeking advice: I am at my wits end with my neighbours on one side and dont know what options I have left. They are both deaf and cant talk ( they can talk to each other but to me it just sounds like grunting ) which means Im unable to address issues with them. I have left notes in their letterbox and everything is still continuing and they own their house so I cant go to a real estate. I feel trapped and as if I have to be home at every minute of everyday to ensure nothing happens. Ever since I moved in they have been non stop causing trouble for me... they antagonize my dogs, have poisoned my dogs, sit their little yap yap right in front of my dogs sending them to bark and annoy other neighbours, throw broken glass over my fence as well as other harmful objects trying to get my dogs to eat them. He starts up his motorbike at insane hours of the morning and leaves it to run and then comes out revs it a bit and then turns it off. He walks along the fence at 4-5 in the morning with a hammer.. hammering absolutely nothing. If we have friends around he will peak through the fence and then do everything possible to antagonize us. His wife stood there screaming like she was being murdered for about 10 minutes before I went outside and realized she wanted my attention to hold my dogs back while they did something to the fence. Im sorry deaf or not have some respect and walk the 20m to my front door and ask for my assistance instead of screaming like your being murdered. Everything is just a battle with them and I dont understand why or know what to do. The previous tenants said they copped it from these people too. My dogs are not dangerous dogs and they are well behaved aside from when they are antagonized. Ive not done anything for these people to act the way they do, my partner and I dont have big parties and are not rowdy. I just dont know where to go from here and moving is not an option.
