Ok I guess Ill never fully understand how people see things so drastically opposite from reality. I spend so much of my time thinking everything through backwards and forwards from every angle possible to the point of obsession sometimes just to be sure Im fair and doing the right thing, or just mustering up all the courage I have to speak the unfavorable but accurate truth. Then people still see something so far from intention and reality because thats what they choose or want to see or believe. Im getting to the point on my journey of life that I care less about what people think and more about what I know is fact and reality regardless of the outcome. I know its not easy to communicate for some, but if one cares about another they would make the effort no matter the discomfort. But it comes down to taking responsibility or taking the easy road blaming others because thats just less hassle. Life takes work. People disagree or have different perspectives thats a given. What I wont do is partake in superficial interactions. If you truly know me you know that. I give a lot, but once Ive learned the true heart of a person to be dishonest or 2 faced Im done. It sucks being a person who wears their heart on their sleeve because people think they can take advantage. Am I the only one who feels this way? How do you deal?
