Ok a serious subject. We just went into the truck stop to find a man on the floor and chest compressions are being done. Clerk says they think he had a heat stroke. Ambulance and fire truck showed up and took over. No word as we left. Dehydration is big with drivers. Coffee is a staple. Coffee is dehydrating. For every cup of coffee drink another cup of water. With the summer creeping up its even more important as temps rise. Today here in Laredo it was 96. Keep you fluid intake up. Walk a couple laps. Tap your feet as you drive. You have to keep your legs moving to help detour blood clots. Drink your water and walk!
