On August 30, 2014 at approximately 1355 hours a Deputy of the Worcester County Sheriff`s Office was conducting speed enforcement on South Bound Worcester Highway near Snow Hill, Maryland. The Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was traveling 70 miles per hour in the posted 55 mile per hour zone in the area of Castle Hill Road. A probable cause search of the vehicle was executed and the Deputy arrested a passenger identified as 27 year old Daniel Andres Blandon of Flushing, New York on the charge of CDS Possession of Marijuana-Less than 10 Grams. Blandon was charged with a Maryland Uniform Criminal Citation and upon his signature of the citation released.
